Still plenty of sailing to do!
Now we’re into September, the various Streaker travellers series are approaching their conclusions.
The P&B Southern Paddle series has just 2 more events to go – the Blakeney two-day open meeting on Sept. 9th-10th and then the Broxbourne open on Saturday 16th Sept. when the final results will be announced and prizes awarded.
The Blakeney event also counts towards the East Anglian series which concludes at Oulton Broad on Sunday 8th October. Meanwhile the Broxbourne open is part of the South East series which will conclude on Saturday 30th September at Redoubt SC in Kent.
The Sail Register Northern Paddle series still has 4 open meetings to go, the next being at Girton on Saturday 16th Sept. The final event, and the one which will round-off our whole season, will be at West Riding on Saturday 28th October. This will not only conclude the NP series but also the Rooster Super Series and be the 2017 Northern Area Championship – so definitely a must-do event!
