Chris Smith joins SCOA Committee

Chris Smith has agreed to be co-opted to the Streaker class committee. He's a regular sailor on the Southern Paddle circuit and finished 6th in the 2016 series as well as 5th in the South East Area series. His current boat is 1844 which he built from plans in 2013. He was very helpful to the class when the rules were changed in 2013 to allow thicker floors in wooden boats  and in fact helped to draft that new rule.
