Measurement Certificates

 

• Measurement Certificates are issued by the SCOA to show that a boat complies with the Measurement Rules.
• To race as a Streaker, the certificate must be in the name of the current owner who must be a SCOA member.
• Certificates are issued by the Class Secretary, free of charge to Class members.
