New faces on the SCOA Committee

With Peter Cogill stepping down as class Treasurer and Membership Secretary, it was important that new people would join the SCOA Committee at the AGM - and the good news is that they did! Hooray!

Alex Reindorp has agreed to be Treasurer. He's currently based in Kent and is a regular Southern Paddle open meeting sailor so is already known to many of us. 

Doug Horner is our new Membership Secretary. He is based in the Midlands and is one of the most travelled Streaker sailors - already this year he's raced in Scotland, Kent and at the Nationals in Devon.

Obviously there will be a period of hand-over as Peter explains to them what's involved with their particular roles but they seem up for the challenge!

Another newcomer to the Committee is James Dawes. Again, he's well-known on the Streaker open meeting circuits. 

So our Committee now consists of:

Chairman and Technical Officer - Alan Gillard

Secretary and Southern Paddle Co-ordinator - Veronica Falat

Treasurer - Alex Reindorp

Membership Secretary - Doug Horner
