Doug Horner is the 2018 Southern Champion

The Southern Championships was certainly an event of two halves! Saturday was fine - a nice breeze and good sailing. Sunday was weird! - very low water level and strong winds making racing impossible even though the race teams and some of the competitors gave it their best shot.
